Location
Normally all training will be held at SEC DataCom a/s, Hejrevang 11, DK-3450 Alleroed (Allerød), Denmark, approx. 35km north of Copenhagen (København). 

The training can also be held at the customer site if needed.

Time
Normally the training will run from 9.00 to 16.00.

Language
All training materials is in English. Normally the language is Danish, but if anyone outsite Denmark is participating in a training, the Language will be in English.

Registration
Registration should always be sent to kursus@secdatacom.dk with information regarding which date and which course you want to register to. Please give the company information as well as the participants name and e-mail.

Invoice and payment
SEC DataCom will issue an invoice on receipt of a registration by e-mail. This invoice is due for payment within 30 days of the invoice date, or 5 working days before the start of the training course to which it applies, whichever is sooner. Delegates may be refused admission to a training class if these payment terms are not observed.

If you cancel
If you cancel more than two weeks in advance of the start of the course you are not liable to any charge.
If you cancel within two weeks of the start date you will be liable to a cancellation charge of 50 % of the price of the course.
If you cancel within 7 days of the start date you will be liable to pay the full price of the course.

If we cancel
If there is'nt enough participants we hold our right to cancel or move the course - our participants will in such a situation get 1 weeks notice.
We reserve the right to cancel a course at any time. We will give you as much notice of a cancellation as we reasonably can. Whenever we cancel a course we will endeavour to offer you a place(s) on an equivalent course. If we are not able to do that, we will provide a full refund. SEC DataCom cannot accept any liabillity for costs other than the course fee.

Substitue delegates
You may change the name of the delegate(s) who is to attend the course at any time.

Certification
From most of our courses the delegate(s) will receive a certification which documents the qualifications the delegate(s) have achived.

Confirmation
When you sign up for a course you will receive an e-mail regarding Joining Instruction - these will also confirm the venue for the course.

Change of Venue
We reserve the right to change the Venue for the course and undertake to advise you of any such change as soon as we are reasonably able.

Hours
All courses are from 9 am to 4 pm - unless it is otherwise noted.

What is included
All courses are including breakfast, lunch and afternoon cake.

What is not included
The price of the course does not include overnight accommodation, meals other than breakfast and lunch or any travel costs. Some courses require a delegate to bring his/her own laptop computer.

VAT
All prices stated are exclusive of VAT.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Changes to these Terms and Conditions are only valid if agreed in writing between us.

Public transportation:

The train to Hillerød from the Copenhagen Central station stops at Allerød station. Then take the bus no 585/586 to Allerød industrial area: Gydevang and Hejrevang.
